Intellect CanteenPay – Container (Employees)

• Employee Registration
Once installed, users can register for the CanteenPay by providing their Employee Id and Mobile Number, upon successful verification of the Employee Id with the Mobile Number user will receive an OTP. User needs to provide the OTP in the app and upon confirmation user is ready to set the password and start using the app. Mobile Number shall act as the User Id for future Log In.
• Add Money
The Add Money option allows users to Add Money into their CanteenPay; users can load money only from their Intellect Account. Users are allowed to load a minimum amount of `100 and a maximum of `2000 per month and also per transaction. The Wallet balance cannot exceed 2000 at given time. Whatever amount user adds up to 20th of the current month would be adjusted from the upcoming months’ salary.
• Send Money
The Send Money option allows users to Send Money to other CanteenPay users in the ecosystem; user can send a minimum of any amount per transaction and a maximum of 2000
• Intellect Utility
With Intellect utility payment option, all users can now pay to any Intellect merchant using their Wallet, users just need to select the merchant from the dropdown, which contains list of all the merchants in Intellect, and provide the amount to be paid and then click on “Pay” button, user will land on a review details page and upon confirmation, the payment is done – it’s that simple.
• Dashboard
CanteenPay Wallet users can see their past transaction history by selecting the “from” & “to” date, the details shows the user the date, description and amount for each transaction.

• Merchant Registration
Once installed, users can register for the CanteenPay by just providing their Mobile Number, upon successful verification Mobile Number user will receive an OTP. User needs to provide the OTP in the app and upon confirmation user needs to provide a password and is ready to start using the app. Mobile Number shall act as the User Id for future Log In.
• Send Money
The Send Money for merchants will allow them to send money to the GL account, they can do this daily or weekly, there is no limitation on this but the settlement shall be done on an weekly basis.
• Dashboard
CanteenPay merchant users can see their past transaction history by selecting the “from” & “to” date, the details shows the user the date, description and amount for each transaction.
Controls
• Users – List of all the employees shall be provided by the payroll team with necessary details like name, employee id, mobile number, the incremental list of employees shall be provided to the CanteenPay Wallet maintenance team on a weekly basis. Employees leaving the organization or changing location shall also be provided by the HR team. The list of merchants shall also be provided by the Admin team and shall be updated by them as and when any modification is required.
• Add Money – Monthly Limit has been fixed as 2000 per user. User has to add a minimum amount of 100 per transaction and a maximum of 2000. At no point of time the balance in the wallet can be more than 2000.
• Send Money – User is allowed to send money to anyone within using CanteenPay within the organization. User is not allowed to send money back to the Intellect account.
